Here is also a TV with surround sound system. For some fun moments, on the ground floor is located the billiard room and cellar, so you can taste the local Istrian wines. But that's not all, in the hidden corner of our villa, there's a rock on the ground floor, where the wines maintain their freshness with all their aromas and softness. We are keeping a selection and a sufficient amount of Istrian wines, both for tastings or having a long speech while enjoying the wine. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a bar and a bathroom. On the first floor you reach the internal staircase there are four double bedrooms with the possibility of extending additional beds for children. In the rooms, there are also wardrobes, and for complete comfort, each room has a TV and private bathroom, which blends with the charm of the sea whose tradition dates back to ancient times and which are the beginning of today's tourism. Guest access Guests who are looking for more active holidays have at their disposal the fitness room and shortly there will be a tennis court on offer. Other things to note * In case the guest wants the heated indoor pool in the non-summer months, the supplement is € 36 per day for a stay of 7 or more nights (for a stay under 7 nights the heating is charged a minimum of € 252) * Deposit on arrival to deposit € 500 in cash * Pets are welcome (maximum 2 per stay) with an extra charge of 15 € per day per pet, payable on arrival in cash. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
