Now you’d wonder why… Actually it’s quite easy. It all depends on how YOU would like to spend your summer vacation. Namely, downsides of apartments in close vicinity to the beach are usually overcrowded areas and houses with many apartments, small gardens, lack of parking spots, a lot of noise from restaurants, bars, streets and the beach, which highly impacts your peace and privacy. This, however, may not be an issue for you, if you plan on partying, don’t want to walk down to the beach and don’t mind the noise during sleep hours.
