Set within the southern reaches of the Snowdonia National Park, excellent for those walkers visiting the area The space Situated in a secluded terrace, set back from the main square, you will be a hop, skip and a jump away from all this village has to offer and the local beach. The cottage has its own separate garden around the back reached via a short shingle path and some steps. The sandy beach is segregated into a family friendly area for building sand castles, water sports or a spot of crabbing off the ever popular jetty whilst further along is a pet friendly beach stretching for several miles. You will be in easy reach of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst far enough away to remain undisturbed at night. This charming cottage retains many original features, including a wood burning stove and slate fireplace. It also has many modern amenities including underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. Parking There is one free car park pass provided for use on the "Pay & Display" car parks in Aberdovey. The nearest one is 250yds away next to the beach. Electricity & Gas included you will need to bring firelighters, kindling and logs for the log burner or buy them from Dovey Marine just across the road. Bed linen, towels and tea towels included.
