The space The Nuckolls N Lake House was built in the 1950s as a small lake cottage. It was sold to A.D. & Emogene Nuckolls in 1983, they rebuilt the house to the structure it is today. We are still in the process of updating it. We are fourth generation in the house and will hopefully continue to pass it down as the years go on. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath lake house with a view you gotta see to believe, you can enjoy waking up to the view of the lake from the master bedroom. The sunroom is a great hangout spot for the whole group from a dart board to board games we have it all, or if you prefer the outdoors then throw some meat and veggies on the grill and sit on our outdoor porch and watch the boats go by. Guest access There is no uber/lyft here. You will have to travel by car, foot, or bike. There is parking in the driveway can fit up to 4 cars, or we do have additional parking across the street. If you do park across the street you may be asked to move your vehicles if our neighbors need access to their items over there. Other things to note There is no lake access from the house due to liability issues. Please do not enter the lake from the bottom of the hill. We are not responsibility for any injury that happens due to not following the rules. Please do not smoke in the house or on the back porch. We love our house and want to prevent accidental fires. If you must smoke please smoke out front on the cement. Please throw butts away after they are safely put out, do not leave them on the ground. We do allow alcohol on property for everyone over the age of 21, please do not let minors drink without parental supervision. There are absolutely no drugs allowed anywhere on or near the property, if we get any complaints you will be immediately evicted and all funds will be forfeited.
