The space The ground floor has a large hall and then the spacious open plan living space with a lounge, dining, and kitchen. There are water views from the lounge area. The second floor has three bedrooms - A double room with shower en-suite, a kingsize room with water views and the smaller room with two single beds and water views. There is also a practical family bathroom. The third floor is all one bedroom which has the best views of the river and also benefits from a shower en-suite. To the front of the house is a terrace with views over the river Fowey, and to the rear of the house are steps leading up to wooden decking with outside furniture and a summer house. The house is situated on Passage Street and is just 150 yards to Caffa Mill car park. It is opposite the slip way, where it is sometimes possible to pull up to load/loaded luggage Other things to note We are happy to accept one dog at a rate of £30 per booking.
