The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed. Lounge - has two sofa beds (doubles), could easily sleep a further 2 people. Smart TV in each room. WIFI included. Reverse Cycle Aircon in each room. Washing machine and ironing facilities in laundry area. Shower with plenty of towels, 100% cotton Luxury bath robes, makeup area with Hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooking utensils, crockery and glassware including, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, De'Longhi Nespresso machine. Formal 6 seater dining table. Several casual outdoor settings including Gazebo with day bed. Plenty of free car parking on premises. We can assure you of privacy with a quiet and tranquil setting to relax in. Regrettably we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 due to several very high retaining walls that are unfenced, and unfenced bush land adjacent to the property which would pose a safety threat to inquisitive children. Guest access Access to the accommodation is through the garden gate, the garden and surrounds are for your exclusive use to enjoy with complete privacy, which includes a Gazebo with a day bed, including outdoor patio setting, and other casual seating area's. Other things to note Local IGA, Coles, takeaways, Dominos Pizza and Bottle shop just down the road, about 4 minutes away. Please allow us to continue to provide luxury bathrobes by kindly removing any make-up before using the bathrobes. Consuming food in the bedroom is now allowed, cost of hard to remove stains and/or cost of complete Doona cover replacement will be requested through Airbnb.
