This beautiful villa is located in the popular resort of Kapparis, just 400m to the closest beach and a 2 minute drive to a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. This villa is fully equipped with all furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay. Downstairs, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen television with satellite. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people with large patio doors leading out to the garden and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances that you will require during your stay and includes a breakfast bar with seating for another 4 people. There is also a W/C and utility room on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed, there is another double bedroom and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have balconys leading off from them. You will also find the main bathroom on this floor with bathtub and overhead shower. Outside, the garden has everything you need for your relaxing holiday with an outside dining area, separate seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and private pool, perfect for the lazy days.
