Enjoy your stay in this charming three-bedroom house, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. Located in the tranquil residential area of Badia Blava, this semi-detached house offers the ideal balance between comfort and privacy, with easy access to S'Arenal, the airport, and the city of Palma. The house is spread over two floors. On the second floor, you will find three double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and has access to a private terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the views. The other two bedrooms feature ceiling fans and windows directly overlooking the pool, offering a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. On the ground floor, the living-dining room features a Smart TV, CD stereo system, fireplace, and hot/cold air conditioning. Also on this floor is another full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with views and access to the private pool. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021 and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Outside, you will find garden furniture and sun loungers around the private pool, where you can relax and soak up the sun. The outdoor swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 meters, offers a refreshing spot to enjoy during sunny days. The private covered garage has space for one car, and there is also street parking available at all times. The location of the house is ideal for exploring the area, with the village of Llucmajor and S'Arenal nearby. Additionally, within a few minutes' drive, you will find Golf Maioris and the Marriott Golf & Spa Resort. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the house to the main cycling routes in the Llucmajor area. For those looking to explore further, the city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away. This coastal region offers a variety of landscapes, from large sandy beaches in S'Arenal to stunning rocky cliffs. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking sea views and beautiful sunsets that this special region of Mallorca has to offer. Furthermore, although there is a bus service available in the area, it is important to note that the frequency may vary. Therefore, it is highly recommended to have your own vehicle for added convenience and flexibility during your stay. This will allow you to explore the area more conveniently and make the most of your vacation in Mallorca. Please note that for arrivals after 21:00, an additional charge of 50€ will apply to cover the costs associated with the extended hours. If your flight is scheduled to arrive after 24:00, unfortunately, check-in will not be possible until 10:00 AM the following morning. We recommend planning your arrival accordingly to avoid inconvenience. The guest has full and private use of the entire property. A temporary rental contract is mandatory, and we will request your personal details to complete it. Without this requirement, check-in cannot be carried out. Utilities (water and electricity) are NOT included; we will ask for a cash deposit upon arrival and take a meter reading.
