Effective August 15, 2024 through August 21, 2024, the B building at Papakea Resort will undertake a fumigation project. Effective September 17, 2024 through October 9, 2024, the B building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. The space Effective September 17, 2024 through October 23, 2024, the B building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. There will be additional noise from surrounding work on Building B through December 17, 2024. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. Papakea charges a $25 per night facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. Ocean views and stunning sunsets await from this perfect Papakea condo! Turtles swim along the oceanfront year-round and whales play in the channel during our winter months! Papakea B204 offers one window A/C, is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom 2nd floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect place to cook your meals. The main living area is tastefully decorated with Hawaiian inspired furniture and art and a great place to relax after a long day in the sun. The living area also offers a dining area for four plus additional bar seating, a new Queen sleeper sofa is available for your extra guests, and a flat screen TV equipped with cable. Step inside the tranquil Master Bedroom, where you will find a comfortable King size bed and large mirrored closets. The spacious bathroom features a walk in shower. There are ceiling fans throughout and a washer and dryer for added convenience. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
