My accommodation is suitable for couples , adventurers and families ( with children) The space Welcome to a lovely house in the heart of Chianti (Panzano). The house is 800 m outside of town and is in the middle of the hills of Chianti. The house is independent and has access to a pool. The bedrooms are located on the second floor (see picture of the stairs) and one of them is an open space on the living room. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs with a bath tub and the second one downstairs with a shower). The house is in a property and the owners are here for you if you need to. There are two tables outside one in the front and one in the back. At the pool there is also the possibility of using a barbecue. Guest access The house is inside a property and the guests will have access to a terrace, the pool and the vineyards. The pool is shared, although we do our best not to disturb our guests, there is a possibility of requesting a private pool with a surplus. 100 kW free 50 cents/kW Touristic tax : 1,50 euro per person/day Central gas heat: 1,50 euro per liter Other things to note The fienile is located in the countryside and has window screens .
