Other things to note The rental includes an assigned free parking inside the property, (for one car only). As per condominium regulations, it is strictly forbidden to occupy any other parking (other than the one assigned), under the loss of the right to park inside the property. The rental includes (upon request), 3 bicycles for adults (complete with lights and locks) which, at the discretion of the property, may be as a woman, as a man or mixed, depending on the availability of the moment.
