The original Craftsman woodwork is intact and the furnishings are also from this period/school of design. Come make yourself at home in this historic & well-loved home. Guest access This first floor bedroom (originally Mr. Bane's law office) is furnished with period waterfall front furniture, a table & chairs and an armchair. An electric fireplace provides ambiance & extra heat and a ceiling fan provides additional cooling. It adjoins a large private bathroom with a double sink and large shower. Kitchenette with small refrigerator/freezer, electric range, oven, microwave, toaster, plus utensils, plates, glasses, flatware etc., Private entrance off main foyer. Common areas include: -Dining room with guest refrigerator & microwave plus glasses, plates, flatware, etc. Coffee & tea are always available. -During nice weather, you may want to sit on the patio or one of the expansive porches. -Living Room: During cold or rainy weather entertain yourself turn-of-the-last century style, with puzzles and board games. -Foyer: Arm Chairs in front of a candle lit fireplace -Walking distance to grocery stores & restaurants, laundromat, outdoor municipal pool, massage, post office, outfitter & the Appalachian Trail! During your stay When possible, I like to greet guests upon arrival, then let you do your thing. Text me with any questions or issues.
