Outdoor area features comfy chairs and fire-pit. Most homes on CHL have limited lake entry, but this one of a kind rental comes with incomparable lake access. WALK TO THE WATER! Private boat parking and day use pass included. The space The suite is located next to Floating Mill State Park in Silver Point, TN. Hurricane Marina is a 3 minute drive from the suite, where you can grab lunch/dinner, or rent a pontoon boat for the day. We offer a tandem kayak and life vests if you prefer to do your own paddling. Additionally, boat ramp/day use passes are included with every rental. There is a private terrace/patio and fire-pit area, and we supply fire-starters and wood. An underground tank supplies propane for the gas grill, so you will not run out of gas mid-bbq. This is the perfectgetaway, and relaxation is the word of the day here. Guest access This is a completely separate rental space with private entrance. Other things to note We stock the suite with breakfast items for your FIRST morning. Fresh eggs from our chickens, local donuts/pastries, juice, coffee, and tea. The kitchen is fully stocked, and all linens and paper products are provided.
