We offer a bright and comfortable apartment-room by color։ heating system, 24/7 hot water, air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV etc. We also provide you with bed sets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, as well as free Wi-Fi and parking. Purple apartment-room – accommodates 4 people. One double bed and one double fold out couch bed. Guest house is at a fairly safe location, is surrounded by walls and is equipped with alarm system. By the end of this year we will also have surveillance cameras. The space We have a large pavilion with outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary equipment, fireplace, tonir where we can organize eco-breakfasts, and eco-meals with prior notification (the full list of optional services will be provided on the spot). Eco-breakfast - 5€ per person (on demand) Eco-meal (on weekends) - 10€ per person (on demand) Our location is easy to find, but we also provide you with an option of airport pick-up service (10€ each way). You will also have an option of transport service to and from Yerevan, provided by our guest house owner Asatur and available at any time of the day (10€ each way). The most valuable is your time and we put great value in it. Guest access The guest house and our home are attached, but have separate entrances. The total area of the guest house, our house, the yard, pavilion and the fruit garden is more than 2000 sq. m. Our guest house has 3 apartment-rooms, 20 sq.m each, with separate entrances and toilets. Each apartment-room has steel front doors with keys. The apartment-rooms are located in the garden, on the second floor.
