This listing is for a bunk bed, table bed, and double size bed in our camper. The camper has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The camper has been hooked to the hot water from the house so it takes about a minute to get hot water but once it is hot it will stay hot as long as you want. From about October to March water may not be hooked up to prevent freezing. During those months the bathroom may not be available. Please message us with questions. The space The camper will be your private space while you are here. The kitchen and laundry will be available to use upon request The patio and back yard will be available with a tire swing and a few swing sets. Guest access Guests will have access to the house bathroom as needed. Parking on is available on the street in front of our house and on the east side of the street just north of our house. Other things to note Propane: For guest staying long enough to need the propane refilled we request that you cover that expense. Either you can take it to the store for an exchange yourself ($20-$30 locally)or we would take care of getting the propane and just add $50 to your bill per tank needed. Bathroom Door: the camer originally had a door on the bathroom. However, it was damaged multiple times by guests and ripped from the hinges. We have replaced it with a curtian for privacy between the bathroom and the rest of the trailer. House Rules: No Pets Inside. The yard is fenced in and has a chain for a dog or cat if needed. No alcohol or being intoxicated while on the property. No smoking on the property. No guests who are not listed. No loud parties. (Please keep the neighbors happy)
