Solar powered hot water available in the showers and kitchen. The apartment has an open plan layout. In the kitchen there is a small breakfast bar, refrigerator, microwave and cooker, cutlery, crockery, and other kitchen items. Please note that there is no dining table indoors. There is a utility room that has a washing machine. You also have a flat screen TV in living room along with Apple TV for viewing Netflix. You can dine, have your morning coffee, afternoon cocktail or just watch the view on the covered outdoor deck where there is a patio table. Parking is also available on property. The apartment is good for a maximum of 4 persons. It is great for the solo traveler, couples, friends, families. Centrally located between the capital, St. George's and Grand Anse. Easy reach to the grocery store, bars, restaurants, the beach, banking and public transport. While it is always a bonus to have a vehicle to move freely, it is not necessary as the walk is minutes to get public transport. Guest access Car park Garden/Back yard Other things to note We have neighbours and there is no physical barrier. The neighbour has dogs that may occasionally find their way over to Casa Calypso. They are harmless.. Also sometimes (maybe once a month) the landscapers would show up. Will get a bit noisy with their garden equipment. They help keep the garden beautiful.
