Large front deck is fully fenced in. Guest access Please enjoy our home and front deck/yard and back deck. Garage and side and back yard are not for guest use. The empty side lot is not our property and is strictly off limits. Other things to note There is a large front deck fenced in for your enjoyment. Please use private roadway to walk to the beach. Do not cut through back yard and neighbors property below. Back yard is subject to erosion and is environmentally sensitive. We are on a very old septic system. Please be mindful of what goes down the drains. If you are traveling with pets (2 allowed) please clean up after them. Please also keep them under your control and be respectful of our neighbors as well as the wildlife. Fireplace is not operable.
