Host lives in basement apartment totally separate from guest area. Other things to note **Note: Red on Roan requires all guests to have identity verification through Airbnb. It is easy, simply go to Airbnb's website to verify your identity and it will take you through this process. At owner's discretion we may require a minimum of one review from a previous stay. Also, please list the name of each guest that will be staying as well as the age for any individuals under the age of 18. There is a $20 charge per night per guest for additional guests (over 4). This charge is assessed for additional cost for cleaning that may be required, as well as additional supplies (toiletries, etc.) used by the additional guests. As such, please indicate how many additional people (over 4) will be staying at Red on Roan when you make your reservation. If you have guests coming later during your stay at Red on Roan, please indicate when and how many guests will be coming via Airbnb's email feature. Also, bring cold weather clothing as temperatures can vary at this altitude. Roads can be snow covered in winter.
