Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Maximum of two dogs unless prior approval from the owner. This home has a modern kitchen with a gas hob, convection microwave a double drawer air fryer and a dishwasher. A BBQ is also provided for your use. The home is heated with a heat pump. Washing machine and dryer are provided in the laundry outside. Newly installed outdoor shower area to hose the sand and pets down. This is only a small home with beds for 4, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a double bed with a sofa bed for your extra guest. The sofa bed would only suit 1 adult or 2 small children. Each bedroom has its own TV. We charge a cleaning fee. Under the kiwi Bach way you are expected to leave the Bach tidy and do the dishes. A dishwasher is provided. Linen is provided. Wifi available.
