We living near the property, so that you have assistance and suggestion when you need it. Around the swimming pool is made in marmo extract from the 'Appennini' where Michelangelo started his magical sculptures... On ground floor there are: the living room (with direct access to the swimming pool), the kitchen corner with electrical oven, dish wash machine, American fridge, a dinner room with direct access to the 'external patio' with BBQ and wood oven. Up stairs there are 3 bedrooms(2 rooms with double bed and 1 with two single beds, 2 movable little beds for baby.) and 2 bathrooms (shower and bath). All the rooms are forward on the swimming pool and the nature. PRIVATE VILLA WITH : PRIVATE POOL, PRIVATE PING PONG, PRIVATE GARDEN, PRIVATE BBQ AND WOOD OVEN, PRIVATE SPACES ALL AROUND THE PROPRETY. IN SUMMER THE VALLEY IS FULL OF COUNTRY TIPICL FESTIVAL (BEER FESTIVAL, PASTA FESTIVAL, PORK FESTIVAL, BOMBOLONI FESTIVAL, TUSCANY MEAT FESTIVAL....) WINE AND SELF MADE PIZZAS IN THE WOOD OVEN WILL DO THE REST!!!! YOU'RE WELCOME!!!
