Mira house is overlooking the wonderful sea of Costa Paradiso and its amazing cliffs. There is a big pool that make more interesting the property. From the house is possible to reach the marvelous sea and the seasonel shops (open from May to September end) as supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurants. The space The house is 60 square meter and it is well furnished. The accommodation has a living room with sofa bed (queen-size bed), a kitchenette with good equipment, a dining room table and a TV (only with italian channels). In the night area there are one bedroom with double bed, a wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a second bathroom with shower. Just infront of the living room there is a patio with a table and two easy chair. The patio is overlooking the a little sea view terrace. Behind the house there is a private yard with shower and washing machine. The pool has a 14 m of length (open from the beginning of June until the middle of September). It is shared with 4 other houses (it is never to crowded). From here there is a beautiful view on Costa Paradiso and its amazing cove. Guest access You will have access at the swimming pool area. Future tenants will have to manage the common spaces and establish rules of good neighbourliness. Other things to note MANDATORY COSTS, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT: -Electricity costs to be paid, on site, in cash, based on actual consumption: 0.60cent/kWh (meter reading at the beginning of the stay and at the end of the stay) -Compulsory tourist tax: 2,00 € per person, per night until 10 nights, to pay in cash on the spot (free for child under 10 years old and for adults over 75 years old).
