The large bright living-dining area is equipped with stove and some flat-screen TV with underfloor heating. In the bathroom there is a sauna and a whirlpool bath. The two bedrooms are equipped with carpet, the other rooms with tiles. It has a large terrace and an approximately 23m x 11m gr. Garden. It is a fully equipped Non smoking house. There is a one-time fee per booking to be booked with the booking (with a dog).   Kitchen towels, towels, bath towels (6 €) and bed linen (10 ���) can be booked on request for a fee. The electricity and heating costs are billed individually according to consumption for 0.36 € kW / h. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
