License # STRTT-2022-104 The space - Upper floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 queen size bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom, front & backyard. - Lower floor will remain vacant. - Minimum age to rent is 28 years, with no events or parties. - Tiny Township has strict noise bylaws, please adhere to the law. Fires are permitted at the fire pit as long as no fire ban is in effect. Guests must supply their own wood. - Respect typical and usual septic system rules and guidelines. - Beach & Shower towels are NOT provided. Guest access Beach Access: Less than a 1-minute walk from the end of the driveway, down the beach pathway will bring you to beautiful Woodland Beach. Parking: 3 Vehicle parking. Woodland Beach Area: LCBO, ice cream shop/fish and chips, and convenience store are around the corner. 10-minute drive to Wasaga Beach. Short drive to various family-oriented activities such as go-karts, mini putt, batting cages, Elmvale Zoo, farm with petting zoo, and much more. Side Note: No access to storage shed & Lower level of cottage. It is NOT a shared space between the two levels. The lower level will remain vacant during your stay. Winter Season: In just under 40 minutes are the beautiful Blue Mountains for all your ski, snowboard, and Spa luxuries. Resorts even closer are Horseshoe Valley, Mt. St. Louis, and Snow Valley. Other things to note - Lysol wipes, cleaning products, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels included. - Please bring your own shower/beach towels, and toiletries.
