If you have allergies, you're probably better off staying at another property. We do have the best cleaning crew around, but use your best judgement. You MUST be at least 25 years of age to book with us. ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. ANY SMOKING OR OPEN FIRES WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE! Please note, due to our extreme fire danger, the fireplace will be locked off and not accessible in the summer/early fall during our highest fire risk. Please note that we are at 10,300 ft altitude. Please take care of yourself and make sure you are equipped to handle this altitude. You will need 4WD to access this property for most of the fall and spring and all of the winter.
