This home has comfortable sleeping space for 9. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a huge vaulted loft. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with private access to the bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, the other a bunk bed and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a meal for your family and the unique dining table can fit all of you. Come, relax by the fire, watch the snow falling and look for animals strolling through the yard from the spacious nature room with another comfy queen sleeper sofa. Located in the beautiful Hideout Community with access to fun amenities. A registration form for all guests will need to be completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Vacation rental manager will send to email address provided. Ski, sled, skate, snow tube, snowboard, paddle board, kayak, canoe, swim and more depending on the time of year there is always something to do!!! Come up and enjoy the local zoo, wineries and breweries in the area as well as horseback riding and lots of great family activities. ****Please Note: This home is located in a gated, private community. All guests entering the community need to be registered. This is a community requirement. Registration form will be sent to you by vacation property manager. This will need to be completed to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee. You may not exceed the maximum amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit during your reservation. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice. Amenities can be closed at the discretion of the community. The homeowner cannot be held responsible or offer a discount for the non-use or closure of any community amenity. Other things to note There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure. Community can close any amenity at their discretion, including lake usage. Homeowner is not responsible for this and will not offer discounts or refunds for any closure, including weather related closures.
