Conveniently located in the middle of SLO's wine region, hiking trails + 2 miles to downtown SLO. This is our family home so the pantry is well stocked, we have tons of games and puzzles, and lots of outdoor activities available to you as well: bocce court, shuffle board court & corn hole. The space This is a private family residence with an additional short term rental in the adjacent barn loft. Both spaces are very private from one another. This home was newly built in 2019 and features bright spaces with beautiful views in all directions. Located in the county but just a couple miles to downtown. Sits on 2.5 acres and feels private from neighboring homes. Guest access The entire property is available to our guests, except the barn, barn loft, and barn yard which is rented separately and has its own private entrance. Other things to note The pool is very warm in the summer and early fall. If you'd like it to be heated in the off season, the cost is $100/day for the duration of your stay. The heating of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate.
