Beautifully landscaped yard with a waterfall. The backyard has beautiful views of the mountains and open fields with horses. Only non shedding hypoallergenic pets are allowed. Guest access There is a large covered deck with outdoor seating and a television. A fire pit and a gazebo with plenty of seating. The gazebo also has a TV to be able to enjoy movies outside. We have paddle boards available to use at the local reservoir just minutes away. Other things to note We do have dogs and cats that live upstairs. The apartment is a basement apartment with its own furnace and thermostat. It does not have air conditioning but stays fairly cool as it is a basement apartment with ceiling fans. Non shedding hypoallergenic dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. Horses do live on the property.
