Guest access Entire apartment is reserved for the guests. Other things to note The merchant family Schiaffino from Genoa built the villa in 1925 as their holiday resort. Originally it was built as a stylish “art nouveau” villa, surrounded by palm trees just in front of the seashore and near the ruin of a watching tower from 1560, which still stands up on the western border of the garden. The old villa was demolished in 2017 and completely rebuilt in May 2020, but its exclusive typology and decoration will be reproduced using new more performant material.
