The kitchen is fully functional with everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner. There is even a washer and dryer if you should need them. The house is also fully functional if you wish to bring your dogs and has an enclosed yard for them. The additional price for dogs is $30.00, which you can pay when you book. We are adjacent to I-5, so if road noise is an issue, this property may not be right for you. However, there is NO noise inside the house. Guest access The property is private and not near the street, so parking is simple, with ample space just a few steps from the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and our street is safe to walk. There is a significant amount of wildlife in this are, so you may very-well see some of that, as well. Other things to note The house is setup for the mildly handicapped. The house is level, there is a ramp leading up to an entry door, and there are safety handles in the bathroom for support. Please take note: we do not take cats, but dogs are fine, and other pets are negotiable. Additionally, we do not normally take children under 12, but that is negotiable depending on the parents.
