The space The Aurora unit is located on the first floor of an elegantly designed two-story home, offering a private entrance for a tranquil retreat. Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms furnished with modern décor, and two luxurious bathrooms equipped with both hot and cold water for your comfort. The spacious living room seamlessly connects to a dining area, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation or entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, cooker hob with a hood, along with all the necessary cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils for a convenient stay. The unit is situated in a great location. It is also a 2 minute walk to the main road where you can easily access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and five minute walk to Mount Lavinia beach surrounded with restaurants, pubs & nightlife to relax and enjoy. There are banks, a post office, pharmacy, market, bakery, etc. on the main (Galle Road) and lots of interesting shops are just around the corner. It's 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk to the city centre during the day. The unit is secured with security cameras. B Q is only allowed out doors between 6 p.m -8.30 p.m .Grilling on the balcony is not permitted) Other things to note 1)We do not allow pets and would be happy if you smoked only on the balconies and in the garden and strictly no smoking in the bedrooms. 2)Guests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at all times. 3)Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight and guests are permitted to have a maximum of 5 visitors per visit, with a duration limit of 3 hours for each visit. Visitors are not allowed on the premises after 22:00 hours.
