We built this 1000 SF Cottage for our parents in 2013. They only stay with us part of the year so the rest of the year it's available for guests to enjoy. If you love to cook you will enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring a six burner gas stove and double ovens. If watching the big game is your thing there is no better place than on our 80 inch screen TV. The cottage also features 3 comfy beds with down bedding and a multiple jet shower. The space The house is built in our front yard but quite far from our house, closer to the neighbors than to us. It has private key-less entry with private parking at your front door. Guest access We have a large patio that faces our house and gardens. There is a picnic table and BBQ grill for your use. Other things to note Strictly no smoking or pets as my mom is allergic to both. This is the place for a low key relaxing vacation. Loud parties would be out of place in this quiet neighborhood and not allowed. Nevertheless feel free to invite over a few friends for a BBQ as we and neighbors do often.
