Waterfront Lake house with Dock and Boat Lift Our house is right on the lake with a private dock perfect for relaxing, swimming, skiing, fishing, and if you choose docking your own boat. We are located approximately a hour away from Dallas and 40 minutes from Canton’s First Monday Trade Days. Grocery store, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations all within 5 miles of our home. The space Outside: Bring your own boat, launch at a convenient local ramp and dock at the house during your stay. Our backyard is large has easy access to the water from the yard or the dock with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We have a kayak, floats, and an assortment of life jackets for your use. There is a large covered patio for grilling, dining and relaxing. Inside: The main floor has kitchen, dining area, 2 bed rooms, one full bathroom, living area with WiiFi/Direct TV on 55 inch TV. Upstairs has 1 bedroom and half bath. Kitchen has dishes, silverware, pans, cookware, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. Stack washer and dryer available for your use. Space specifics: Free access to electric grill on patio Dining table seats 6 Bar seats 3 Full Bath downstairs with bathtub/shower and upstairs half bath Living area has large couch, love seat and chair Downstairs bedrooms each have queen beds, upstairs three twin beds Porch has table with seating for 6 and dock has space for seating. House Rules: Children outside should be supervised at all times. Swimming, kayaking, floating should wear life jackets. We have provided an assortment of life jackets (use at your own risk) bring your own for a perfect fit. Please no pets, no parties and smoking only outdoors.
