The home consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and reverse cycle air conditioning. Other features include pool table, satellite TV, DVD & stereo system and free wifi. There is also undercover parking at the rear of the property with dual driveway access. We offer free on-site use of two Kayaks with adult and children size lifejackets for you to explore the calm and picturesque waterways of the Harriet River. The home sleeps up to 11 people, the master bedroom has Queen bed and large ensuite with views of the Harriet River and access to the front deck. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has a Queen bed and single bed and the fourth bedroom has a tri bunk and a single bed, all are serviced by the second bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. The property is situated on a double block surrounded by natural vegetation and home to many native wildlife such as wallabies, koalas and echidnas. The front of the property boasts a large deck, 4 burner BBQ and Alfresco dining and offers magnificent views of the Harriet River. Sit back and enjoy the privacy and serenity with a complimentary bottle of “Fleurieu Vines” Cabernet Sauvignon and watch the sunset. Take a short walk to the spectacular award winning Vivonne Bay Beach. The largest and most accessible bay and beach on the south coast and the best beach for swimming and surfing. The Vivonne Bay Store is open 7 days a week and sells fuel, alcohol, general supplies and a variety of food and drinks. Make sure to indulge in one of their famous Whiting Burgers.
