Our property was built in the Georgian era, and is located within the conservation area of Old Lymington. It is tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and provides Guests with a delightful home for their holiday. The house has 3 floors plus a basement. The reception rooms comprise a modern kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room and a spacious sitting room. There is a ground floor wc/cloakroom. There are 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room comprising shower, washbasin and lavatory; further, there is a full family bathroom. In the twin bedded room, the twin beds can, on request, be placed together to form a superking bed. Potential Guests with significant mobility issues should note that Sea House has 3 floors and a basement and a few steps leading to the front and back doors. The private garden has 3 seating areas for outdoor relaxing and eating, beyond which is the 2 car private parking hardstand.
