The gîte - 140m2 of living space - on one level, offers 4 bedrooms including 1 with private bathroom (shower, WC), one WC/sink and one spacious bathroom with WC, a kitchen offers all the equipment necessary for preparing your meals, a large living room opening onto a veranda offering a relaxation area and a dining area (see photo of the plan). The 80 m2 terrace, sheltered by shade sails, allows you to take your meals or relax with a unique view of the deep blue! For your comfort, we have equipped our rooms with a “latest generation” fan, which is very quiet! bed linen is provided as well as towels. For our little guests, available: high chair, baby bed, BB bath, booster seat (please request this when making your reservation). Guest access The cottage is on one level, it opens onto an 80m2 terrace and a garden facing the sea! It is entirely dedicated to our travelers. So you can enjoy the freshness of the Pergola - in the shade of the Oaks, a (gas) barbecue "grill" corner is at your service. A terrace on which there is a pétanque court, where aperitifs are played (pétanque balls available)! For your well-being, a spacious jacuzzi - refreshing in summer, it is heated before and after the season - perfect after a surfing or hiking session! Private parking (up to 3 cars) next to your accommodation. For motorcycles, garage possibility in case of bad weather. And of course magnificent beaches less than 5 minutes away. A crossroads market is 300m from the house, open 7 days a week. Other things to note The gîte is located on the garden level of our family home, the distribution of the premises allows real independence of each home and not overlooked. We accept dogs provided that they are well behaved and that they follow their masters when traveling (no dogs, only in the gîte!) Our neighborhood is quiet, it gives way to the song of birds and crickets! Being located high up allows us to benefit from an almost permanent breeze and a breathtaking view of the Golf du Pero. The first beach is 4 minutes away by car (Péro ​​beach), you can also get there on foot...
