The space Villa Imagine is a spacious 3-bedroom holiday home located in Armação de Pêra, just 950 m from the beach. With sea views and close to restaurants and supermarkets, it accommodates up to 6+4 guests. The property features a private heated pool (optional extra), making it an excellent choice for families. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views) and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have balconies, and there is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor, the bright and spacious living and dining area has direct access to the garden and pool. It includes a comfortable sofa, dining table, TV with national and international channels, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the garden and pool (heatable as an optional extra) offer sun loungers and grassy areas for children to play. The barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining. The property is fully fenced and gated. The lower level features a large lounge area with a sofa, a snooker table, and a play area for children, along with a guest WC. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Its prime location allows easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars, with the beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra just a 10-15 minute walk away. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Other things to note Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 people. However, it is possible to accept 4 more people, who will be accommodated on additional beds. We provide extras that will fulfill your rental requirements: - Heated Pool for only €182 per week - Cot for only €21 per week - Highchair for only €21 per week - Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90 - Wide variety of activities – book in advance so that you do not waste any of your holiday time All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
