No gatherings without permission from property owner. No drama, drugs, or bad habits. Tenants are responsible to keep the house clean. The space Short or long term stay in this house share. 4 Bedrooms total, with owner living in one, two rooms are rentals, and one is for storage/supplies. Each room has a twin XL bed, desk, and a closet with drawers. 1 Guest per room. Guest access Entire house, porch, deck, property. Guests are not allowed in other guests room. During your stay I live in the home, in one of the rooms, and can be reached by phone. Other things to note When home, owner puts on a Saturday night dinner with all food and drink provided for the guests. Condiments, spices, coffee, laundry soaps, charcoal, and propane all included in rental.
