They can be restrained if needed, but are otherwise very friendly with guests. Please keep in mind, this is a ranch and bugs along with other insects are common. (Absolutely no pets are allowed inside the cabin.) Parties must be pre approved prior to booking and will only be allowed for guests paying for the property. This is will also carry an extra charge if approved. Water is non potable. It is a ranch, there running water but it comes from a well. Buying Drinking water is highly suggested.
