My home is located in the historic neighborhood of Sunnyside, Queens, one of NYC’s hidden gems. Minutes away to many great restaurants and bars, including Quaint, Claret, Bliss Bistro, Sole Luna. Located 25 minutes door to door to get to many important Manhattan landmarks. Twin bed and workspace. Lots of natural light. Shared bathroom. The space Located in Sunnyside Gardens Historic District. Guest access The private back yard, full of green and very quiet, it is a nice place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine after dinner. During your stay Since I work at home i am most of the time available to answer guests questions, in the evening I like to have nice conversations with my guests.
