Early check-in and luggage storage are not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed upon your arrival. 4/ CHECK-OUT Time: The official check-out time is not later than 11:30 noon. Late check-out and luggage storage are not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed in advance. 6/ All guests' passports will be required before check-in. 7/ The receptionists and the security guards are the building's staff, not ours. They don't keep elevator cards or luggage.
