The space On the ground floor, a large contemporary kitchen is open on the living room with sofa and TV. This is a spacious and bright room. To the left of the kitchen you have access to the laundry room with washer and dryer. To the right of the living room, a small corridor overlooks a large 60 m2 bedroom with a large round bathtub. We call it the master bedroom.Contigu to the bedroom, you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks. Above this room we have created a mezzanine with a sofa and a large TV to watch your favorite movies. A separate toilet is located in the small hallway between the living room and the bedroom. On the first floor are arranged two bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds that we can assemble to make a double bed). Between the 2 bedrooms is a shower room with shower and two washbasins as well as a separate toilet. The 4th bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a double bed. You will also find a small living room with library and board games and lego/playmobile. Our house is located in a protected area, on the right on Douarnenez Bay. The closest beach is "Kervigen" beach. It is a family beach, ideal if you have young children. When the sea is low there are beautiful puddles where small children can wade at leisure.
