The property has an infinity type fenced pool connected to the house looking out to the paddocks and the Pacific ocean. The property has access to Shelly Beach either via the public open space to the north of the house or via the nature walk at the the end of Red Head Road. This is a working farm with an orchard, 4 Shetland ponies, some sheep, some Chickens, Guinea pigs, Guinea fowl, Geese, some assorted natural wildlife, 2 small dams and nature walks within a small forest on the property. This is not a resort , this is a farm. Access to Diamond Beach is a 5 minute walk across the public park. Hallidays Point and Redhead are only a short distance. Pets are more than welcome at the property, we just ask that they kept on a lead near the animals, this is for the safety of both and are that pets are kept off the carpeted areas of the house (corridor and bedrooms) and the couches.
