Rental Details: * Primary Renter: Must be at least 28 years old * Prime Season (July & August): Prefer long-term rentals over weekends * Damage Policy: Any damage will be deducted from the deposit; renters are responsible for additional costs * Requirements: As we have a minimum age required for the primary renter, a valid photo ID is required to book.
