Seagull Landing details: — An easy, 4.3 mile drive from the town of Cape Charles , the BEST little beach town on the Eastern Shore. Offering a beautiful public beach, amazing restaurants, a marina and unique shops. (Guests please note that this house is NOT in the town of Cape Charles proper and you can NOT walk or golf cart to the beach or town from this house. It is an extremely easy and quick drive by car.) — HOT TUB— newly added as of July 2022!!! New 7 person Jacuzzi hot tub with ozone generator for extra cleaning. Note that guests will be asked to sign a hot tub waiver via email and must review the waiver and provide email prior to confirmation of booking. — We now have a Fire Pit (fire table with propane tank), yard games (corn hole and putter ball), outdoor dining set and new BBQ grill! — 1 mile from Mimosa Barn wedding venue…just about the closest rental you can find if attending a wedding or party at Mimosa Barn — easy access to route 13 for trips to Kiptopeke State Park, Chincoteague, the Chesapeake Bay….the Eastern Shore is at your doorstep to explore! — bring your boat! Seagull Landing has ample room to park your boat and is located near public boat launches — our home is located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of Cape Charles — driveway with parking space for at least three cars plus your boat — note that the garage is not available for guest use at this time First floor: — large updated kitchen, island with counter seats for three — kitchen includes microwave, toaster, knife block, keurig duo with k-cups — dining table comfortably seats 8 — living area with gas fireplace — den with 50 inch TV, cable, roku and large sectional couch (could be used for overflow sleeping if needed, there are glass French doors on this room) — first floor bedroom with a queen bed, adjacent full bathroom with shower (note that this bedroom does not have a closet, but does have a large dresser — brand new washer and dryer in separate laundry room adjacent to kitchen Second floor: — one bedroom with a queen bed — one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed — these bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and double sinks — master bedroom with a king bed, gorgeous en suite bathroom with a skylight and a claw foot bathtub, shower has double shower heads Backyard: — Large, private and fenced backyard (note there is no gate on the fence, there is a walkthrough opening, so it can not be considered completely enclosed) — patio with conversation seating and BBQ grill — all furniture, beds, bedding, towels, dishes etc are NEW August 2021 — all bedrooms have overhead fans (house does have central AC as well) — we provide all bed linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap and we have some beach towels. — there is a pack and play crib which is stored in the master bedroom closet Other things to note Please see our other listing, Clementine Beach Cottage, if you are looking for a smaller option or want to be in the town of Cape Charles itself.
