A wonderful apt on Lago Maggiore with 2 levels and great views of the lake. On the top level, it has two bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living room and a terrace. It is a fabulous place with bikes and an inflatable raft. It is not disabled friendly You have to walk down a flight to get to the top floor of the house. And another to get to the downstairs. And another to get to the garden. It's built on the side of a mountain. Well trained quiet pets are very welcome. There are very nice walks all around Please clean up if the pet uses the garden. Keep fence closed at the bottom to avoid access to train tracks . There is a train track below the bottom of the garden but one gets used to the infrequent trains that pass by. Smoking is not allowed. We won't interact with the guests. There is a house manager who takes care of the rental . This is one of 6 units in the condo. Stresa is a beautiful community with lots of hiking trails and the wonderful "IsolaBella"- a wonderful island palace with great gardens to which you can take a 5 minute ferry. There is skiing about an hour away. There is a bus (45 minutes and 12 euros) from Malpensa airport. You will have to reserve it a day in advance at Alibus. Though you might want to rent a car at Malpensa airport. You'll need a car, though it is a 25 minute walk to town and shorter if you want to take the bikes. But please know that we live on a mountain and you would have to get off the bike going home as it is too steep to ride up. There is free parking right in front of the house for one car. 2 bikes and 1 inflatable raft will be shared. There is a private beach at the lake, but it's not too nice. There is a very nice beach at the mini golf on the side of the lake, near us. You will have access to the entire apartment. Smoking is not allowed. Please don't use all the electricity at once. Do not run the washer/drier and the vacuum at the same time. It will make the electricity go off. Guest access 2 bikes will be shared. There is a private beach at the lake, but it's not too nice.
