Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Dog friendly. The space The cottage has a lot of character and charm. It is quiet and peaceful. While it is located next to our home it is very private. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans you need to cook a meal but if you don't to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
