Welcome to our Northpoint condo in Mid Valley in the central of Kuala Lumpur. We use this condo whenever our friends and us are in Kuala Lumpur for business. The unit is fully equipped with amenities and accessible to Mid Valley Megamall and Garden (3 mins walk across across walking bridge). Located at the north end of Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur (KL), with pedestrian bridge to Megamall and Garden, popular shopping malls in Malaysia. Here you will find everything from luxury boutiques to designer brands and from local delicacies to fine gourmet cuisine. Amenities include swimming pool, fitness center, laundry shop and 24-hour security. You will be given a private access card(s) to access to our floor and the fitness center. There is a 7 Eleven and a coffee shop in the complex and many eateries in the mall. Guest access Easy access to metro rails. Walking bridge to KTM Commuter line connecting KL Sentral, where all lines meet. 24 hours taxi stand at Mid Valley Mall, also across a walking bridge. If you are flying in from KLIA airport take KLIA Express to KL Sentral (25 minutes) change to KTM Commuter to Mid Valley (one stop away) and from LCCT take the red or yellow bus to KL Sentral then KTM Commuter to Mid Valley. We only have one parking space in the residential lot. Visitor can park for 3 hours at the visitor bay. Plenty of parking in the Northpoint building on P1 and P2 (RM3/1st. hr. + RM1/add 1 hr). It's cheaper to park in Mid Valley because they charge by per entry. Overnight parking allowed in Northpoint. At Mid Valley, you need to inform Mid Valley parking management. Other things to note Northpoint has uniform security guard 24 hours a day. They roam the complex and guard the parking lot and all entrances to the building 24 hours a day. Walking access to the mall. 24 hrs. access to gym and pool. We keep the apartment very minimum so that it's easy to clean. We do not stay in the apartment. This is like a vacation home. It's spacious, suitable for a large group and kids.
