Native New Yorkers we moved to Arizona 5 years ago. This is our 5th year hosting guests on Airbnb and we’ve been awarded Super Hosts 5 years in a row. The Broken Arrow Camper is a restored 1980's camper. Basically a Tiny House. In the DESERT. Situated on one beautiful acre, nestled amongst gorgeous old Joshua trees on our well maintained property. We are adjacent to the Main road leading to the GC West Rim making it accessible for all vehicles. The space Situated on 1 acre. The camper has an open floor plan except for the bathroom. Basic kitchen. *(please read the list of amenities on here). Dining table for 2 Bathroom with Shower Stall, Sink & Toilet. THE SHOWER STALL IS NOT LARGE. Queen size Bed. Propane Fire ring. Outdoor furniture. Heat/Hot water/AC/Cold water There is a list on here with all of the amenities we provide. Please read it before asking. We are no longer taking Instant Bookings or guests with any bad reviews. Early check ins are required to pay a fee before the check in date. WE HAVE A MANUAL IN THE CAMPER. A GUIDE. READ IT WHEN YOU ARRIVE. UNLESS YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH CAMPERS YOU MUST READ IT OR YOU WILL BE ASKING US UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER. SUCH AS HOW DO I FLUSH THE TOILET? Our Camper is: ~39 miles to the Grand Canyon West Rim Skywalk ~We are 203 miles to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim ~59 miles to Harry Reid Las Vegas Airport ~20 miles to Arizona Hot Springs and The camper is exactly 9.2 miles from the I 93 PF Exit. Our ZipCode is 86441 you can use that to plan your trip. Guest access The camper is on a secure one acre lot fenced in and locked by you. Please keep the fence closed and locked. Other things to note If you would like an early check in, which is before 4PM PLEASE message us and we will request the early check in fee is $20 per hour, through airbnb. Noon is the earliest check in possible. Early check ins must be paid for in advance. Water conservation is important here in the desert. Please agree to conserve water. Check the WEATHER before you pack. The desert has extreme temperature changes. We are 4:20 friendly Smoking is permitted outside only. No PETS we cannot stress this enough. It is very selfish to sneak dogs in where they do not belong. Dog hair is horrible when you rent a place, it's extra hours of cleaning for us and the hair lingers and the smell lingers whether you notice it or not. Personally we avoid dog friendly airbnbs & hotels because of this. No extra guests, the bed is small and water supply limited. We have a security camera facing the driveway and one facing the entrance. Thank you!!! .
