Only 5 minutes from Lake Winnepesaukah Family Amusement Park, Ft Oglethorpe GA and 15 minutes from all the attractions in Downtown Chattanooga, which includes; the Incline at Rock City and Ruby Falls, the Aquarium, Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, Discovery Museum and many more. The house is located in a safe and quiet older neighborhood. It is a 2 bedroom with queen beds in each room, 1 full bathroom and nice quiet covered deck in the back yard. The kitchen has granite countertops, updated the cabinets, stainless steel appliances, couch that pulls out into bed, dining table that sits 4, and beautiful white subway tile shower/tub combo, single sink vanity, and big double size driveway for easy parking. There is 58" Smart TV in the living room and TV in both bedrooms. We also have a Playstation 3 with games in the living room if anyone is interested. All the TVs are capability of streaming online channels which you will need your own accounts to access. There are a few free channels for your immediate viewing. NO MORE THAN 5 GUESTS. There is $50 fee for every guests after the 5 guests limit. More guests cause more cleaning for our cleaners and more risk of possible damage to our furniture and property. Please be aware we allow 1 pet (dog only) with pet fee $90 but no other animals. Our neighbors have big dogs so they will bark. Your dog must be house broken, vaccines up-to-date, must be on leash at all times when in public per city/county laws but welcome to run free in our fenced backyard and be well behaved around people & animals. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a party house! NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ALLOWED! There are exterior cameras on the property that are located at the front door, driveway and back door. The neighbors are very close and have my number so be aware you will be asked to leave if having parties and being disrespectful of my neighbors and community, NO EXCEPTIONS!
