Kitchen area with cabinet , dining table, fridge, washing basin and basic utensils like rice cooker, electric kettle, plates, cups, etc. Rubbish container with rubbish bags provided. The master bedroom with air-cond, Q size bedroom sets and ceiling fan. 2nd room with air-cond, Q size bedroom sets and ceiling fan. 3rd room with air-cond comes with single bed.3 extra floor beds will be provided. A separate bathroom(with water heater) and toilet. Bathing towels are available, liquid body soap, shampoo and liquid hand wash will be provided. Drying area comes with a washing machine, hangers and detergent are available. We also have iron and iron board and hangers. To freshen up for cleaner air, we install a Air purifier with ioniser for better healthier living in my apartment. No worry about haze. My apartment has Wifi conected. Guest access Ample free parking space with security and apartment unit is service by 5 lifts. A bus stop is just in front of the apartment and the bus service is every 15 minutes. Other things to note This apartment is within a short driving distance to the Penang Intl airport, the Penang FTZ area, Snake temple, SPICE convention centre, Pantai Hospital, Queensbay Mall, Giant Hypermarket, Sunshine Square, etc. You can take about 15 mins drive to Balik Pulau, please take note for durian lovers that Balik Pulau durian season is around the corner.
